Commercial & Customer Service Administrator - Up to £24,000 pa

Scope of role:

* Assist the Commercial Manager by supporting new business growth and improving profitability of exiting business
* Provide pricing quotations for existing and potential business
* Be the site point of contact for Sales Executive to assist with enquiries
* Understand and report in detail on the site commercial position in terms of sales and profitability
* Support the Customer Service Team with admin activities including order entry, price checks and creating specifications.

You will need:

* Very strong administration and organisation skills
* Intermediate Excel skills to Vlookup, Pivot Tables and the ability to extract and manipulate data for clear presentation
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills at all levels
* Strong commercial acumen
