I am currently working with a family run housing developer who is eager to strengthen their sales team by bringing on New Homes Sales Negotiator's. As they have such a strong training programme they are confident to be able to teach you the skills & qualities that you need in order to begin a successful career within new build sales.
What is the job?
As a new homes sales negotiator, you will be based in a sales & marketing suite on a new build development and it will be your responsibility to present the show home to customers who are willing to buy this will include conducting viewings & answering questions about the development. You will also be expected to negotiate sales deals and progress your sale through to completion
