The Company

For over twenty years this global design company have partnered with world-leading airlines, hotels and rail brands to create iconic, luxury travel products. As part of their strategic plan to grow all sectors of their business, they are now looking to attract an experienced Business Development Director to join their Travel Division. Priding themselves on their vibrant company culture, they are looking for you to bring your passion, drive and creativity to this exciting role.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Brand Partnerships Director, you will manage the production of a range of airline products, within the Airline division. This critical role will ensure our client continues to build on their existing portfolio of luxury brands in order to expand their network of high-end collaborators across all product categories. You will be responsible for acquiring exclusive arrangements with European and US high end fashion, luxury skincare and designer brands for in-flight products. You will be well connected in the world of luxury brands but have come from a strong Business Development background.

Your skills and experience

  • Ability to leverage your existing relationships to introduce brands to licensing and/or opportunities to collaborate on airline /hotel products

  • Proven ability in initiating new brand relationships that strategically align and convert these into an exclusive collaboration agreement

  • Proven ability to maintain on-going strategic relationships, preferably with luxury brands and exposure to product development of luxury product or product collaborations

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating the negotiation and execution of approved binding legal documentation

  • Ability to collaborate across teams globally

  • Experience overseeing the brand approval process on consumer product
