Business Development Manager - Social Housing and Partnerships

Covering the Thames Valley, (Berks, Bucks & Oxon)

We're working for a leading independent house-builder, who are looking to treble their partnership homes business over the next few years. They're going to achieve this through opening new offices in the Home Counties, rolling-out their proprietary volumetric offering, by continuing to work for their partner RP's - but also through making key strategic hires around business development.

A proven track record in the Development of new business, the ability to implement market and land strategies, partnership agreements and accurate sector funding is critical. In addition, a demonstrable career history of growing a successful client base of local authorities and private sector companies to demonstrate diversification providing a more sustainable business model is an advantage.

They're looking for one or two key people within a business development and partnership housing capacity, who are really plugged in to the social housing & development worlds: the HA's, the consultancies, the land agents, 'land-flips', the whole process - who want to see proper communities built for the most in need, and have the drive, experience and connections to make the deals that sit behind this happen. In particular, they want to hear from people well-connected in the areas that complement the land bank in their strategic growth plans - the Thames Valley, the North Home Counties.

They're open to discussion on level and remuneration & will consider hiring up to Business Development Director level.
