One of London's largest 5* developers are looking for a New homes sales negotiator to join their team in North West London.
The responsibilities of the role;
*Sales experience to include presentation of the show homes.
*Managing new sales enquiries through phone, email and other relevant channels, as well as registering new applications.
*To manage the sales process with regular contact with the client throughout the buying process and maintaining excellent relationships.
*Always providing the correct customer service
*Meeting and exceeding targets and working within a team
The ideal Candidate will have;
*At least 2 years property sales experience within New Homes.
*Passionate about building relationships, and delivery exceptional customer service.
*Self-motivated, determined and efficient team player.
*Confident IT skills
*Well-presented and composed when dealing with customers face to face
*Looking for career progression
