I am keen to discuss a Trainee Property Negotiator role with you based in Watford the role is with the anew build property industry so you will be working on new build developments alongside trained professionals to first of all learn the trade of the business. The main aim to provide you with the best possible training so that you are able to progress into a New Homes Sales Negotiator in a short period of time, day to day duties listed below:
* Selling property off plan from your new build development
* Conducting viewings of the show homes
* Show casing & offering all unique selling points to all customers
* Closing sales
* Negotiating offers
* Sales Progression
* General up keep of the sales & marketing suite
